概要

2021年3月、アメリカ連邦政府は個人、企業、教育システムを支援するための第3の景気刺激策であるアメリカン・レスキュー・プラン（ARP）を可決しました。1兆9,000億ドルの景気刺激策には、幼稚園から高校までの教育部門に対するこれまでで最大の景気刺激策が含まれており、その額は約1,300億ドルにのぼりました。ARPのElementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief（ARP ESSER）には、学校が学習回復に取り組むための具体的な要件がいくつか含まれています。これは、学区、教師、保護者がこの1年間に直面した大きな課題を反映したものです。
