Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students
International Charter Academy of Georgia admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, sex, religion, creed, disability (including but not limited to those with impaired vision or hearing), privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. ICA Georgia shall enroll an eligible student, as defined by GADOE, who resides within the attendance zone and submits a timely application unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a program, class, grade level or building.
