Governing Board

ICAG’s board of directors is responsible for carrying out the provisions of the school’s charter, for upholding the school’s mission and vision, for setting policy, ensuring financial stabilityand working to ensure performance goals are met.

Open Records Request

Under the Georgia Open Records Act (OCGA §50-18-70 to §50-18-77) all public records are available for inspection and copying unless they are specifically exempted from disclosure under the law. If a government agency or custodian of public records withholds a public document from production under an Open Records Request, they will cite to the provision of Georgia law that exempts the record from being produced. While the Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et seq.) permits requests to be made either orally or in writing, ICAGeorgia prefers for requests to be inwriting for purposes of documentation and clarification.
